I havent actually thought of it, but that day it struck me-
Maybe I will really like it overseas.
It was never my option, one thing I’m certain of is that I can never leave my beloved friends. Especially my siblings in Riverlife church.
On the other hand, a huge part of me knew and believed that I have the strength to do that, for the better good. It may hurt but I’m someone who can get pass such phase of change fast and I am confident that these friendships can withstand the distance and remain as strong. The thought of being in a new country, with new friends and adapting to a new culture is pretty exhilarating, especially knowing that I can free from all the silent societal pressure in Singapore.
In the meantime, this will still remain as an alluring daydream.

Project “Crown” by Mariam Sitchinava
This project expresses my desire of depicting women’s inner color palette, alongside with their beautifulness, with the help of flora.
Thirteen Georgian girls aging 17 to 23 had a freedom of making their own crowns.
p.s. the girl from the last picture is me.
